What You'll Do: As a CNA, you’ll:
- 🛏️ Assist residents with daily functions, personal care, and medical tests.
- 💬 Record observations and report any changes in resident conditions promptly.
- 🚶♂️ Help transport and position residents safely.
- 📃 Maintain confidentiality of resident care information.
- 🕊️ Create a calm and welcoming environment throughout shifts.
What We're Looking For:
- 🎓 Minimum 10th grade education required.
- 👩⚕️ Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with Tennessee state laws.
- ❤️ CPR certification preferred.
- 💪 Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds and assist with resident transfers.
- 🗣️ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- 🧠 Attention to detail and ability to follow policies and procedures.
