π Position: Education Legal Rights Attorney π
In this critical role, you will advocate for children with disabilitiesβensuring they receive the educational services and legal protections they deserve. Through your dedication, you will positively impact families, foster youth, and underserved children, working to remove barriers to success in schools.
What You'll Do ποΈ
β Assist children and families in accessing appropriate educational services and public benefits.
β Advocate for children in foster care, ensuring they receive fair treatment and support.
β Litigate cases, draft legal documents, and conduct research to advance special education rights.
β Collaborate with community partners, educators, and medical professionals to provide holistic legal advocacy.
β Work beyond standard hours when needed, ensuring the best possible outcomes for the children you represent.
