Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, principles, and standards to guide technology decisions and investments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and objectives, and translate them into technical solutions and architectural designs.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise architectures that meet current and future business needs.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends, and assess their potential impact on the enterprise architecture.
- Develop and maintain architecture artifacts, including architecture diagrams, roadmaps, and documentation.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders on architectural best practices, standards, and guidelines.
- Lead architecture reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with architectural standards and principles.
- Collaborate with solution architects and technical leads to ensure alignment between enterprise architecture and solution architectures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the enterprise architecture and enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay informed about industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to enterprise architecture, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, preferably in a defense or aerospace environment.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing enterprise-level architectures, including infrastructure, applications, data, and security architectures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical and business requirements and develop innovative solutions.

Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certification in enterprise architecture or related field (e.g., TOGAF certification).
- Experience with cloud computing technologies and architectures, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of DEVSECOPS principles and practices, and experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Familiarity with IT governance frameworks, such as COBIT or ITIL.
- Experience with enterprise risk management and cybersecurity principles.
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role, with the ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
