✅ Evaluate patients within 24 hours of physician referral to kickstart their recovery journey.

✅ Develop and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.

✅ Deliver top-quality occupational therapy services to support patients’ mobility and independence 💪.

✅ Train & supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants in direct patient care.

✅ Communicate progress, challenges, and treatment modifications with health team members.

✅ Participate in care conferences & rehab planning for comprehensive patient support.

✅ Educate patients and families on maintenance programs for continued success.

✅ Assist in discharge planning and recommend essential mobility equipment.

🔹 Who We’re Looking For:

✔ Licensed Occupational Therapist in good standing 🎓

✔ Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy

✔ Strong computer skills (Casamba, Point Click Care) 💻

✔ Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, families, and colleagues.
