Summary
We are seeking two enthusiastic and professional individuals to join us as Client Engagement Specialists for a two-to-three-day convention in the Boston area. In this role, you will play a key part in representing our company, engaging with attendees, and providing excellent support to ensure a successful event.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Attend the convention and represent the company in a professional manner.
- Engage with attendees, answer questions, and provide information about our products/services.
- Assist with booth setup, organization, and management during the event.
- Collect contact information from potential leads and clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment at the booth.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the event runs smoothly.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on customer engagement.
- Previous experience in events, sales, or customer service is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Punctual and reliable, with the ability to commit to the full event schedule.
- Availability to work on-site during the two-to-three-day convention in Boston.
- Professional attire and demeanor.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods during the event.
