What are the responsibilities and job description for the Claims Analyst position at HireGrowth Executive Search Group?
Our client is a leading international carrier in search of a Claims Analyst to join their commercial insurance team focusing on quality assurance and auditing of the claims process. This role can be housed nationwide in any hub office including New York, Hartford, Chicago, Atlanta or Phoenix with a hybrid schedule.
The role offers an exciting opportunity join a growing team and focus on multiple insurance products including property, casualty, professional liability, cyber, and tech E&O. The Claims Analyst will complete regular audits on claims files and facilitate process improvements. You will work closely with TPAs and internal teams to measure quality assurance, analyze data, produce reports, and work with management to provide trainings and recommendations for enhancements.
The ideal candidate will have experience conducting commercial insurance claims audits and quality review checks. However, insurance claims handlers with experience in commercial lines coverage who are interested in quality assurance are also encouraged to apply.
*Commercial insurance carrier claims experience is a requirement.*
Requirements:
- 3 years of claims auditing OR claims handling experience required
- Experience working within commercial property, casualty, or E&O lines required
- B.A/B.S required
Salary : $95,000 - $120,000
