What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Insurance Portfolio Analytics Leader position at HireGrowth Executive Search Group?
Our client is a leading international insurance carrier with a large portfolio of small commercial business in the US. The team is in search of a proven leader to join their Portfolio Analytics team with direct oversight over a group of analysts. The scope of the role will entail influence of product strategy decisions across BOP, property, casualty, Professional Liability, Cyber, and additional lines of coverage.
The ideal candidate will have a background in small commercial lines product and analytics including creation of underwriting models, assessment of pricing and risk strategy via data review, use of analytical tools and ultimately developing and implementing procedures. This position will work closely with senior level leadership. Proven track record of mentoring and leadership is preferred as well.
Requirements
- 5 years of insurance data analytics experience required
- BOP and other small commercial lines experience required
- BS/BA degree required
