What are the responsibilities and job description for the Middle Market P&C Executive Underwriter position at HireGrowth Executive Search Group?
Our client is an A rated international carrier in search of an experienced commercial lines underwriter to join their NW division. This individual will handle Middle Market commercial P&C lines across the NW territory. A hybrid schedule of 1-2 days in a San Francisco office is preferred.
The Executive Underwriter will heavily focus on new business production with retail brokers in the assigned territory. The book spans across Wholesale, Manufacturing, Real Estate and additional industry segments. New business production is a priority for this role.
Ideal candidates will have experience handling new business production of middle market size accounts with existing retail relationships in the NW territory.
Requirements :
- 3-10 years of middle market P&C underwriting experience required
- Retail relationships in NW territory required
- BA / BS degree required
