Customer Service Representative
Location : Odessa 33556 – This position is onsite
Type : Direct Hire
Pay : $20.00 per hour
Schedule : M-F, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM EST
Job description :
Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Perform outgoing calls to new customers to verify application information
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication and compliance procedures, guidelines and policies
Maintains an important flow of communications by mailing copies of agreements, statements and merchant information upon customer requests
Develops strong relationships with both customers and merchants by diplomatically and efficiently resolving issues that arise, bringing in the Customer Service manager as needed
Prepares and mails letters and mailings on behalf of all relevant departments
Strengthens team cohesion by serving in other areas as needed to support the team
Requirements :
Must be bilingual : Spanish / English
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters, excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High school diploma or equivalent
Background check required
Drug screening required
