Job description :
Enter and confirm customer orders for assigned portfolio, ensuring accuracy and timely processing in appropriate systems.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, handling all inquiries, orders, and support requests with professionalism.
Manage order processes, provide timely updates to internal and external customers, and ensure smooth communication with cross-functional teams.
Foster customer relationships, driving loyalty by addressing concerns, managing expectations, and recommending improvements to service delivery.
Prioritize and resolve customer issues independently, maintaining high standards, meeting performance metrics, and contributing to project success.

60 Days : Should start to feel comfortable on the phones.

Requirements :
Must have (2) years of related experience in a B2B environment
Must be proficient with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
High school diploma or equivalent
Background check required
