Job description :
Responsible for outbound lead generation, qualifying leads, and transitioning high-potential prospects to the sales team.
Handle inbound lead qualification, order entry, and account management for lower-potential accounts.
Grow sales through acquisition, retention, cross-selling, and upselling within assigned accounts.
Collaborate with outside sales to maximize regional sales potential and track profitability.
Act as a liaison between departments and customers, providing support and promoting brand awareness with the highest level of service.
