Job description
Manage loan products and procedures, ensuring all financial transactions for active loans are processed and tracked.
Analyze loan performance, including loan-to-value ratios and borrower financial health, to determine appropriate actions for draws, repayments, and risk management.
Conduct check-in calls with borrowers, contractors, and vendors to monitor project timelines, resolve issues, and escalate distressed loans as needed.
Provide regular data for reports, maintain contract records, and utilize software like Autopal, Salesforce, and Excel to track loan activity.
Onboard new customers, explain servicing processes, and prepare loan portfolio status reports for weekly meetings.
Collaborate with Sales, Underwriting, and Accounting to ensure smooth information flow and recommend quality control measures to improve processes.
Build client relationships and provide excellent customer service in alignment with organizational values.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, finance, business admin, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience, preferably in one of the following : loan administration, contract administration ideally in the construction industry, customer service in a financial services organization, or related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Must have strong customer service skills.
Must be proficient with : Procore, Textura, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Salesforce
High school diploma or equivalent required
