Summary : This position is general office upkeep and assisting the CEO. This role will assist about (2) executives with travel. Note taking for meetings, PowerPoints for the CEO and some expense reports for the office. There are (6) total executives but most do not rely on this position.
Job description :
Assist the CEO and C-suite executives by managing administrative tasks and coordinating schedules.
Generate HR reports to track employee performance and support workforce planning.
Oversee general office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
Facilitate communication between departments and act as a liaison for administrative needs.
Implement office procedures and protocols to enhance productivity and organization.
Requirements :
Must have (2) years of recent experience in an executive support role.
Personality : Proactive, able to wear multiple hats, level of professionalism and attention to detail to support CEO.
High school diploma or equivalent
