Pay : $18.00-$19.00 / hour
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Type : Contract to hire

Job duties :
Ensure inbound orders are processed within defined SLAs with accuracy and are checked into inventory for clients, including inspecting and cleaning devices.
Pick, pack, and ship orders to clients. Where in scope, apply screen protectors and cases to mobile devices.
Audit orders for accuracy and route to the appropriate channel for the most efficient processing.
Follow standard operating procedures regarding vMOX logistics processes.
Handle tickets within queue regarding device replacement, reassignments and reverse logistics.
Continue self-education to maintain a broad knowledge of wireless solutions, rate plans, products and services to improve our operational efficiencies and customer experience.
Other duties as assigned.
Nice to have : Associate's Degree
Packing and unpacking shipments
Mobile Device Manager (MDM) applications
Business and Enterprise wireless carrier products / services background highly desired
Understanding of mobile devices, MMS companies, wireless telecom carrier practices
Experience in inventory audit and control practices
Strong background in problem solving and troubleshooting
Requirements :
Must have (1) years of order fulfillment or customer support / warehouse environment
Flexible work hours and availability for day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday. Overtime may be required.
High school diploma or equivalent
Background check required
