Outreach Coordinator
Location : Fully remote, must have own laptop / computer with camera
Pay : $16.50 per hour
Schedule : M-F, 2 : 30 PM -11 : 00 PM EST
Training required : M-F, 10 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM EST
2) weeks of virtual training, on camera, 30 min lunch

Summary :
Combat the effects of loneliness, calling patients on behalf of their hospital or health plan to introduce programs, and filling out questionnaires with the goal of inviting and enrolling them to participate in mental health programs.
Job description :
Conduct a minimum of 200 daily outreach calls to eligible members to explain program benefits and facilitate enrollment.
Answer inbound calls from members, providers, and other resources with courtesy, respect, and promptness.
Capture and document relevant member demographics and healthcare information accurately in their records.
Follow approved scripts to ensure members understand the program terms, addressing any resistance with professionalism and courtesy.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals for outbound calls, call quality standards, and enrollment targets while demonstrating empathy for users on their healthcare journey.

Requirements :
2 years of outbound contact center experience in a healthcare environment required.
Must be MS Office proficient.
Must have your own computer Windows 10 or greater and current processor, cannot use Macs, tablets, or Chrome books.
High school diploma or equivalent
Background check required.
