Job duties :
Ensure weekly and bi-weekly payrolls are processed timely and accurately
Reconcile and process time files
Audit payroll information and provide corrective training and support to operations
Prepare, audit and distribute payroll reports
Process manual check entries and special payroll requests routinely
Provide customer support and education for HR managers
Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures as needed
Provide assistance to employees regarding employee self-service via Vantage
Proactively anticipate customer needs and build trusting relationships through collaboration and knowledge sharing
Work with other administrators in setting up / maintaining garnishment records, remitting payments to agencies, and customer service calls from agencies and affected associates
Assist with year-end processing and audit requests
1,300 employee payroll
Must be flexible for other duties as assigned : As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles / departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required
Nice to have : Multi-state payroll
