Location : Centennial, CO 80112 – This position is onsite
Pay : Must provide active pharmacy tech license number – National CPHT $22 or Provisional at $21 hr.
Type : Contract to hire
Schedule : Three shifts with slight variation during the following office hours :
M-Th : 10 : 30 AM – 7 : 00 PM MST
Sun : 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM MST
Shift bids are yearly based on performance and seniority
Training : Training is (3) weeks during the assigned shift
Job description :
Prescription Fulfillment : Efficiently fill and prepare prescription orders, including specialty pharmacy drugs, handling 45-55 scripts per hour with an emphasis on quality over quantity.
Robotic Machine Management : Oversee the stocking and operation of the robotic counting machine, ensuring smooth and efficient prescription fulfillment.
Medication Stocking : Ensure fast-moving medications are adequately stocked and maintain organization to minimize delays in prescription preparation.
Cleaning & Compliance : Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment according to the established cleaning schedule and ensure compliance with HIPAA confidentiality guidelines.
Inventory and Miscellaneous Duties : Assist with inventory management, including checking expired drugs monthly and performing other pharmacy functions as assigned.
