Job duties :
This person will spend the majority of their time calling their clients' to help schedule a visit for tax help.
They will make phone calls and use email as methods to book the appointments.
They will also work with the Tax folks to make sure the times align to meet.
This person will also enter data into the database and ensure it is accurate.
Other support as assigned.
Nice to have :
Any prior Tax experience a plus
Requirements :
MUST have 2 years of customer service experience working in an office environment.
Must be friendly and detailed oriented.
High school diploma or equivalent required
Level II background check required
Drug screening required
References required
