Position Overview
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, driving sales, and identifying new business opportunities. Your experience in admissions, sales, and education will be essential in understanding our clients' needs and providing tailored solutions. Your bilingual skills in Spanish and English will allow you to engage effectively with a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational institutions, and prospective clients.
- Identify new sales opportunities and drive revenue growth through consultative selling techniques.
- Utilize your experience in admissions and sales to effectively present company products and services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity using CRM tools.
- Leverage bilingual skills to communicate with Spanish-speaking clients and expand market reach.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5 years of experience in admissions, sales, or a related role within an educational setting.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
- Ability to understand and address the unique challenges faced by schools and educational institutions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (preferred).
