Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our growing Professional Employer Organization (PEO) team. This hybrid position, based in Pittsburgh, offers flexibility while providing essential support to our sales and client relationship teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments with potential clients, ensuring that the sales process runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients to schedule appointments and follow up on inquiries.
- Maintain a calendar of appointments and ensure efficient scheduling for the sales team.
- Qualify leads and gather relevant information to support the sales process.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
- Track and update client interactions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on client needs and appointment scheduling.
- Handle inbound calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
