Clinical Director – Men's Healthcare Clinic
Location: Cary, NC
Pay: $60–$70 per hour
Schedule: Part-time | Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM

We are a premier men's healthcare clinic in Cary, NC, dedicated to providing personalized and effective treatments to enhance men’s health and well-being. Our clinic specializes in hormone therapy, wellness programs, and other services tailored to men’s health needs.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Clinical Director to oversee daily clinical operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and contribute to the clinic's growth. This role requires a licensed healthcare professional with strong leadership skills, a passion for patient care, and a proven background in sales to help drive patient engagement and treatment conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage clinical operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatment plans, and follow-ups.
- Educate patients on treatment options and encourage participation in recommended therapies.
- Oversee compliance with healthcare regulations, protocols, and best practices.
- Work closely with the administrative team to improve patient experience and clinic performance.
- Utilize sales expertise to convert consultations into treatment plans and promote clinic services.
- Train and mentor staff to uphold the highest standard of care and customer service.
- Collaborate with marketing efforts to drive patient acquisition and retention.
Qualifications:
- Active RN, NP, PA, or MD/DO license in North Carolina.
- Experience in sales, patient consultations, or treatment plan conversions is required.
- Prior experience in men’s health, hormone therapy, or wellness clinics is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for helping men achieve optimal health and well-being.
