Job Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Vice President of Business Development to lead the growth and success of our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in driving strategic initiatives, market analysis, and fostering strong customer relationships. This role requires an individual with a proven ability to think strategically and implement growth-focused strategies while leading a team to achieve ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to meet company goals and objectives.
  • Identify and explore new market opportunities and potential clients to expand our reach.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, assess competitive landscapes, and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that drive successful project management initiatives.
  • Leverage Salesforce or other CRM platforms to track sales activities, analyze data, and generate insightful reports.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to establish mutually beneficial, long-term partnerships.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in sales and business development leadership roles, with a track record of success in driving business growth.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Expertise in business development and sales software, including CRM systems like Salesforce (preferred).
  • Excellent strategic planning capabilities, with the ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable strategies.
  • Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results within deadlines.
  • In-depth knowledge of customer relationship management principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

    Pay : $105,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
