Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Vice President of Operations to join our leadership team at HireHealth. This role is ideal for an individual with extensive experience in healthcare staffing and a solid academic background in healthcare management or a related field. The VP of Operations will oversee the daily operations of our staffing services, drive operational efficiencies, and lead initiatives to ensure we deliver top-quality healthcare talent to our clients. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be instrumental in shaping the future direction of HireHealth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the operations of HireHealth, including recruitment, placement, client relations, and compliance.
- Drive strategic initiatives to improve operational performance, efficiency, and profitability.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute business strategies and operational goals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
- Oversee financial management of operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Develop and implement performance metrics and KPIs to monitor staffing effectiveness and client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and industry best practices.
- Lead and mentor teams within the operations division, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Leverage academic knowledge to implement best practices, improve operational workflows, and train staff.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to guide business decisions and identify new opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with a strong background in healthcare staffing.
- A solid academic foundation in healthcare, business, or management, and in-depth knowledge of staffing and recruitment practices.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience building and managing high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of healthcare regulations, industry standards, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage change, develop strategic initiatives, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.
- Ability to problem-solve and thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented organization.
