What You'll Do:

- Implement NLP technologies for query understanding, including semantic matching and bidword optimization.
- Work on enhancing CTR/CVR model accuracy through data analysis and feature engineering.
- Optimize ads pacing algorithms and control traffic for improved ad performance.
- Collaborate with product teams to define ad features and strategies.

Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in Machine Learning, Search Ads, or related fields.
- Expertise in NLP, Deep Learning, Ranking systems, or Recommendation systems.
- Experience with search ads technologies, including ad relevance models and monetization products.
- Proficiency in Python, C , or Go.
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
