- Mentor and guide a team of engineers, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions.

- Work in a fast-paced environment, continually iterating on machine learning models to enhance ad performance.

- 7 years of experience in Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or Applied Science.
- Expertise in Python, C , or Go.
- Strong experience with ads technology, including forecasting, ranking, and auction systems.

- BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
