Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Civil Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various design software and a strong background in civil engineering projects.
Duties
- Utilize CAD software to create detailed design drawings for civil engineering projects
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to develop project plans
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary data for design projects
- Prepare technical reports and documentation
- Assist in the development of construction plans and specifications
- Ensure designs comply with industry standards and regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of direct experience in site engineering design for Residential, Commercial, Higher Education, & Healthcare projects.
- Ability to design & produce site construction drawings that include site, erosion control, grading, drainage, & utility plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related degree.
- Excellent written & communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Software Proficiency: AutoCAD Civil 3D, Hydrology Studio, Newforma, EPANet 2.2, is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
