- Manage and update the account activities, including setting up new product listings and maintaining product and category pages
- Formulate sales plans for current and prospective accounts
- Manage advertising to ensure listing visibility and budget is met
- Use trends, markets, and consumer surveys to identify growth opportunities
- Research and analysis of self-owned competitive markets and competitive marketing strategy
- Provide customer support and maintain positive customer feedback
- Day-to-day operations of the business to achieve aggressive sales goals and profitability targets
- Direct and build an eCommerce team. * Perform all other duties as assigned and required
A minimum of 3 years' eCommerce manager experience.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written). MS office, strong Excel skills required.
Self-starter with the ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
Experience in major marketplace platforms. Bachelor's Degree or higher. Experience in market analysis.
