• Lead the team to design, build, optimize e-commerce governance algorithm pipeline using NLP/CV/ML to detect and control risks in contents/creators/products/sellers in global markets
• Build, expand and manage the global e-commerce governance algorithm team from scratch
• Collaborate with strategy team, product managers, policy team and ops team to define products and drive initiatives from engineering viewpoints
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• 7 working experience in one of the following fields: machine learning , NLP and computer vision
• Experience with software development in one or more programming languages
• Experience in leading an engineering team
• Experience in anti-fraud/anti-spam/platform-integrity or related fields is a big plus
• Strong sense of responsibility and good at communication and teamwork
• Passionate about solving complex and challenging problems
• Bilingual prefer Mandarin and English
