Responsibilities: Pre-Construction Duties:
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers.
- Train and develop Assistant Project Managers.
- Oversee pre-construction activities, including project estimates and value engineering.
- Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Conduct Construction Plan Meetings and establish project schedules.
- Organize and track project documents, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
- Define manpower requirements and maintain labor tracking and forecasting.
- Address design deficiencies and proactively resolve issues before they impact the project.
Construction Duties:
- Manage subcontractors and update project documents as needed.
- Monitor project budgets and review labor cost codes with the field superintendent.
- Maintain equipment delivery schedules and update project timelines monthly.
- Conduct quality control inspections and attend subcontractor coordination meetings.
- Process change orders, track RFIs, and manage submittals.
- Submit invoices and follow up on payments.
- Document and manage any project delays, scope changes, and scheduling adjustments.
Project Closeout:
- Develop and maintain project closeout schedules.
- Coordinate punch list completion and final inspections.
- Manage subcontractor and supplier closeout documentation.
- Organize and distribute O&M manuals and as-built documentation.
- Oversee final pay applications and lien waivers.
- Schedule equipment startup, owner training, and commissioning as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 5-10 years of mechanical contracting project management experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership, financial management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Competencies: Ability to manage multiple projects, maintain relationships, and drive results.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
