About the Role:

Position Overview:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from pre-construction planning through to completion. You’ll manage cross-functional teams, maintain project schedules and budgets, and ensure high standards of execution and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of assigned construction projects - Must have extensive.
- Knowledge in asphalt, underground utility, earth-moving, and concrete experience.
- Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Lead coordination between subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
- Ensure all operations comply with safety and regulatory standards.
- Served as the main point of contact for client stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong background in construction project management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex schedules.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with construction management software and tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in civil/infrastructure projects is a plus.
