As a Technical Sourcer, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and identifying top technical talent to support their growing business needs. You will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to build an effective pipeline of candidates for engineering, product, and other technical positions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and define job requirements.
- Source and engage top technical talent via channels like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and technical skills.
- Maintain a pipeline of passive candidates for current and future openings.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality, diverse talent.
- Keep accurate records of candidate interactions, pipeline status, and recruitment metrics in the ATS.
- Provide insights into the talent market and share competitive intelligence to improve the recruitment process.
- Represent the company's brand, culture, and values to potential candidates.
