Responsibilities
Event-as-a-product : develop & manage related events strategically with creativity; Develop in-person & online events that are impactful in neural search, AI, open source industries, strengthen ecosystem community activeness; Plan and manage the event resources, partners, speakers, logistics, budgets with a strong ROI mindset. Analyze event performance, including de-briefs and wrap-up reports, to help the company understand the audiences and communities in data-driven analysis.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above. At least 3-5 years of experience with technical community management and tech evangelism, preferably with a focus on the software industry. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English. (Multi-language skill is definitely a plus). Loves to connect, network, and engage with others, with the ability to convince and animate others with your enthusiasm. A great presence on GitHub, personal website, Twitter, Slideshare / speaker deck, etc. Extensive contacts / networks in the North American open-source / SaaS market and community. A clear desire to learn. Strong interpersonal skills and a really good listener. High energy, an outgoing teammate with a “can do” personality. Ability to thrive in a changing environment. Accommodate dynamic working schedules to attend conferences / workshops (including weekends when needed). Able to communicate and collaborate with the distributed team (European central time zone). Technical proficiency in : AI, ML, DL, NLP, CV, Program and Project Management.
