Responsibilities :
- Develop metrics for the QST Solutions business and facilitate yearly target setting.
- Continuously monitor the AOP KPI of each dept / function.
- Develop & maintain continuous improvement plans in all program / project activities.
- Coordinate, manage and drive project progress across departments and report project status periodically.
- Work with HR on optimizing departmental human resources and headcount according to the business situation.
- Facilitate / lead cross-department communication when necessary.
- Manage and drive all related activities to fulfill targets in terms of cost, quality, delivery, and productivity.
