Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage teams of internal staff and subconsultants on complex municipal infrastructure projects.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by identifying target opportunities that align with the company's services and culture.
- Develop and execute successful client capture strategies, including outreach and proposal preparation.
- Oversee and mentor engineers, technicians, and other project staff.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and manage strategic and operational plans for the region.
