- ∙Facilitates the scrum process on scrum teams with significant cross- Functionalimpactsinvolvingproject,non-project,ormaintenancework.
- ∙Guides the scrum team(s) and organization to follow generally accepted
- Agile/Scrum practices and daily activities to actively promote prioritization,
- Team readiness, and commitment for each Sprint.
- ∙Use sempirical data to help the team(s)assess their Scrum Maturity,
- Optimize scrum team velocity to organizational KPIs, and identify
- Improvement opportunities to achieve higher levels of team performance.
- ∙Proactivelyaddressessystemicimpedimentstoteamagilityandguidesthe
- team(s)onmethodstoescalatewhenneededtopreventchallengesfrombecomingblockers

Requirements
- ∙6 years as apracticing scrum master
- ∙Experience in Financial Services Industry ~mid- large size organizations
- ∙8 yearsbusinessexperienceinamatrixedmanagementenvironment(e.g.,
- product development, project management, implementation)
- ∙Deepunder standing of full SecDevOps and DevOps
- ∙Platform and cross team depend encymanagement
- ∙Test Driven Development
- ∙Behavior Driven Development
- ∙Accredited Scrum Master Certification
- ∙Accredited SAFe and/or LeSS Certification
- ∙SDLC processes knowledge
- ∙Work breakdown and sizing methodologies
- ∙Agile based requirements management–process & tools
- ∙Code quality and scanning
- ∙Test automation
- ∙Code branching/merging
- ∙Release management.
