We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic data team. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will leverage your strong analytical and leadership skills to lead complex data analysis projects, mentor junior analysts, and contribute to the development of best practices within the data analytics function.
Responsibilities :
- Independently lead and deliver end-to-end data analysis projects, from defining the scope and objectives to presenting actionable insights to key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Conduct in-depth data exploration, identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain predictive models and dashboards to support business forecasting and decision-making.
- Translate complex data analysis findings into clear, concise, and impactful presentations and reports for a variety of audiences, including senior management.
- Effectively communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders across different departments.
- Mentor and guide junior data analysts, providing technical guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of data analysis methodologies and best practices within the team.
- Foster a collaborative and data-driven culture within the team.
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data analysis lifecycle.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data analytics, data science, and machine learning technologies.
- Research and evaluate new tools and technologies that can enhance the company's data capabilities.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and other data analysis and programming languages.
