Job Description
Hireko Golf, a leader in golf and sporting goods distribution, is seeking a bookkeeper. Candidate must be able to work in-person in an office environment at our Roseville headquarters. Applicant should have minimum 2 years experience in bookkeeping.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger
- Entering and maintaining daily records in ERP system
- Reconciling bank statements with company records
- Generating financial reports
- Auditing accounts as needed
- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email and chat as needed
The candidate should possess the following skills:
- An understanding of bookkeeping and finance
- Ability to work independently and self-sufficiently
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong PC and computer skills
Summary
In the role of Bookkeeper, you will be essential in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will utilize your core skills double entry bookkeeping and general ledger accounting to manage accounts payable and receivable. Your proficiency in accounting software will enhance your ability to perform bank reconciliations and prepare financial reports. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively contribute to the financial health of the organization while supporting overall bookkeeping functions.
