HireLevel is hiring a Customer Experience Representative in Lebanon, TN.
The Customer Experience Representative is part of a team that provides support to customers, sales reps, and end users all of the the world. You would be working with a dynamic team that assists in manufacturing customized wheel chairs. Come join a dynamic team for a rewarding experience!
Location: Lebanon, TN
Compensation: $20 -$25/hr.
Shifts: Monday - Friday | 8am-5pm
Essential Functions and Duties for Customer Service Rep:
- Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.
- Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments.
- Dedicated Point of Contact for specified international region, providing daily and technical support.
- Process quotes, parts orders, chair orders and returns when applicable within the region.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Support Customer Experience teams as needed.
- Follow direction, procedures, and instructions for all work assignments.
- Work as a team and maintain professionalism at all levels in the organization.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance; report to work on time.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Duties and responsibilities may change from time to time.
- Work at a computer for 8 hours per day.
- Use a computer keyboard and enter data for 8 hours per day; frequent finger and wrist manipulation.
- See fine details for extended periods of time, including objects and/or drawings.
- Wear required personal protective equipment as needed.
Qualifications of Customer Service Rep:
- Proficiency in the English language (written and oral); strong grammar skills.
- Ability to communicate with a pleasant voice and in a professional manner.
- Attention to detail and ability to perform accurate work.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and records.
- Ability to work independently, self-starter, with minimal supervision.
- Ability to prioritize and reprioritize tasks on an ongoing basis.
- Basic computer, and math skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Interact with a multitude of internal areas including Sales, Transportation, Production Planning.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum of at least 2-4 years’ experience of customer support.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Services Representative.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Call center experience a plus.
