Salary: $41,600 - $55,000/yr.

A day in the life as an Inside Sales Consultant:
Each day at HireLevel will be different but the focus will remain the same, hitting goals and closing deals. We will work to get you quickly up to speed on the products we offer and start right away with hitting the phones and connecting with potential clients. You will have the opportunity to help customers zero in on their company pain points and focus on how HireLevel can ease some of the burden.
At HireLevel, there isn't a "one size fits all" solution, and that's okay! You'll be supported by co-workers who are ready to jump in and help find the best solution for our customer's needs. We work together to make sure you are comfortable providing the information needed to win the deal!
What you need to be qualified for this job?
To be qualified for this job, you must consider yourself a "people-person" with a competitive drive and eagerness to sell. You'll be engaging with our clients daily so it is vital that you are able to understand the services we can provide them and can speak to HireLevel's capabilities. Willingness to learn and comprehend training is necessary. And of course, you can't be scared to pick up the phone, you must also be comfortable with smiling and dialing. That's how you get the meetings after all!
