Essential Duties
Effectively manage (1-2) $20M ground-up multifamily apartment construction projects from trees to keys (Excavation, Foundation, Framing, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Flooring & Trusses)
Basic estimating / takeoff skills with Autodesk is a plus
Managing the financial aspects of each project including labor and materials cost
Scheduling subcontractors
Reports to the owner and collaborates with every member of onsite team
Ensure attention to detail including safety of workspace, material and property
Strong written and verbal communication and or Tablet / iPad experience
Provide consumers with technical support including in depth trouble shooting
Required experience
3 years' experience as a PM in Multifamily ground-up construction
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Proficiency in MS Office, CPM project scheduling, cost control and risk management
Follows the utmost professional work ethic & enthusiasm when dealing with customers
Inspection and assembly of materials to specified drawings
Proactively communicate job site conditions and make the necessary improvements for a successful completion
Self-starter who wants to work for a family run general contractor
