Responsibilities
As a Senior Field Recruiter, you’ll be the driving force behind attracting and hiring top talent to support our client’s continued growth and success. Here’s how you’ll contribute :
- Shape Recruitment Strategy : Develop and implement innovative hiring strategies to meet the demands of a growing organization.
- Be a Brand Ambassador : Represent our client’s brand with pride at job fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities.
- Partner with Leaders : Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to provide strategic recruitment solutions tailored to business needs.
- Master Full-Cycle Recruiting : Own the entire hiring process—from sourcing and screening to onboarding—for a variety of roles in the field.
- Expand Talent Networks : Leverage job boards, social media, referrals, and partnerships with educational institutions to build diverse candidate pipelines.
- Lead by Metrics : Use data to continuously refine recruitment processes and ensure success.
- Set the Standard : Provide expertise on best practices in interviewing, selection, and field-level behavioral competencies.
