The HireMilitary DoD SkillBridge / Career Skills Program (CSP) Internship is an approved SkillBridge Program under Dept. of Defense Instruction 1322.29 as enacted by 10 U.S.C. Sec 1143. Eligibility is restricted to members of the U.S. Armed Forces separating honorably with greater than 180 days of continuous Active Duty. SkillBridge / CSP period of eligibility is within the final 180 days of Active Duty service, and the SkillBridge / CSP must be completed prior to separation from Active Duty in the U.S. Armed Forces. HireMilitary DoD SkillBridge / CSP is open to members of all services, and all ranks and experience levels. Service members should fully review SkillBridge / CSP Position Description for individual opportunity requirements and qualifications.
SkillBridge participants participate in full time training with industry (40 hour work week) under military orders and are not eligible for compensation from HireMilitary or its partner host employers but will continue to receive all military wages and benefits for the period of the DoD SkillBridge / CSP enrollment.

The Technical Solutions team enables worldwide growth by educating potential clients and ensuring that existing customers are happy and successful. They share their technical and product expertise with customers via multi-channel technical support, demos, and presentations. What You'll Do :
- Engage with customers via multiple channels (ticketing system, live chat, and screen sharing tools) to identify and resolve technical support requests while continuing to educate their clients on the use of the platform
- Reproduce technical issues and dive into the company's 600 integrations
- Become demo certified and lead a product demo to customers if converted to full time
- Participate in product conversations with internal teams based on feedback from client interactions
- Train as a highly knowledgeable specialist in one or more company product area(s)
- Receive an onboarding buddy and mentor as part of the program / during onboarding
- Work from a primary company office 3 - 5 days per week during and or / upon successful completion of this program at one of four on-site locations :
- Denver, CO
- San Fransisco, CA
- New York City, NY
- Boston, MA
- Must be willing to work 1-2 weekend shifts a month during full-time employment
- MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO ONE OF THE ABOVE LOCATIONS
