Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and review of 10-K and 10-Q, including all related footnotes and memos
- Work with cross functional teams draft required disclosures
- Conduct variance analyses of budget vs actual
- Conduct technical accounting research where necessary
- Develop technical accounting policies and procedures
- Coordinate external auditors
- Ensure proper SOX and internal audit controls
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting
- Active CPA license is required
- Minimum of 6 years of experience doing SEC Reporting work (public accounting and/or direct industry experience)
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
