We're hunting for a brilliant, curious, puzzle-solving expert to help take our R&D to the next level. If you speak fluent “organoid,” have opinions about optimal media conditions for a broad range of cell types, and get weirdly excited about cell health – then this role might have your name on it.
You’ll be our go-to human for all things cell culture media formulations – from crafting novel recipes to optimizing growth conditions for a variety of co-culture systems. The work you do will directly shape the future of some very cool science.

🔍 What We're Looking For
- Master’s or PhD in a related scientific discipline (cell biology, bioengineering, biomanufacturing, etc)
- 5 years of experience in cell culture media formulations
- Solid industry experience in a quality-controlled R&D environment developing novel media formulations (i.e. you’ve made various cell types happy and can prove it)
- Deep familiarity with a variety of cell types
- Experience running R&D projects: planning, iterating, analyzing, adapting
- A love of solving tough scientific puzzles and synthesizing complex data
- You know a thing or two about IP strategy and the product development pipeline
- Strong communicator who can work across disciplines like a scientific diplomat 🧠🤝
