Digital Marketing/Account Management Roles – Raleigh, NC
Our client delivers localized digital marketing experiences through innovative technology and a local-first approach. Our client’s Multi-Location Experience (MLX) Platform creates, deploys, and provides the data to efficiently manage profitable, localized marketing at scale. Our client is passionate about driving measurable results, leveraging data-driven insights, and staying ahead of industry trends.
These roles are both permanent positions in Morrisville, NC working a hybrid schedule. The company offers a competitive salary, profit sharing, and an excellent benefit package. No visa situations for these opportunities.
Our client is seeking 2 different roles for their customer experience team:
1) Digital Marketing Program/ Account Manager to join their Customer Experience team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their marketing goals are met by leveraging innovative technology solutions. You will play a pivotal role in driving client success, fostering relationships, and growing account revenue through strategic marketing initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
● 5 years of experience in account management/ client facing roles with demonstrated dedication to clients and program solving
● 3 years of enterprise account management experience
● Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and analytics.
● Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
● Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
● Demonstrated success in growing client relationships and achieving revenue targets.
2) The Digital Marketing Account Coordinator (in partnership with Sales, Product, and Visual Design) is responsible for creative strategy, executing day-to-day creative campaign fulfillment and reporting, building relationships with key stakeholders, and providing world-class support to help clients achieve their business goals. Success in this role requires strong consultative sales and analytical skills, a focus on client service, project management, team work with internal teams and creative problem solving. As a fast-paced company, we are looking for a proactive and organized self-starter who can effectively manage internal and external stakeholder’s expectations, share key campaign trends, and prioritize a high volume of inbound requests.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field or proven experience (0-2 years) in a creative traffic manager, advertising project manager, or account management role preferred
• Strong knowledge of interactive advertising and online media (IAB ad types and specs) and website publishing preferred
• Demonstrated ability to drive project success through proactive communication and support
• Experience communicating cross-functionality, including collaboration with Sales, Creative, and Customer Success teams
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
• Experience with the Atlassian Product Suite (including JIRA and Confluence) preferred
• Domain knowledge of ad technology and the advertising ecosystem preferred
Preferred Qualifications for both jobs:
● Experience in a digital marketing agency or technology company.
● Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, The TradeDesk or other digital platforms.
● Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
● Knowledge of emerging digital trends such as AI in marketing, programmatic advertising, or search engine optimization.
