Warehouse Manager
We’re seeking a Warehouse Manager to ensure smooth warehouse operations and optimize efficiency and productivity with a customer centric mentality. This is a direct hire opportunity with our manufacturing client in Pine Bluff, NC. Competitive compensation and benefits with incentive bonus provided. No visa sponsorship or subcontracting arrangements are available.
Responsibilities of the Warehouse Manager :
- Operational Oversight : Supervise daily warehouse activities, including inventory control, logistics, quality assurance, and ensuring timely, accurate shipments with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Team Management & Training : Lead and train warehouse staff to meet operational goals, optimize workflow efficiency, and solve day-to-day issues.
- Logistics Coordination : Oversee transportation and delivery logistics, collaborating with drivers and shipping partners to ensure efficient product delivery.
- Safety & Compliance : Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and adhering to legal regulations, including shipping procedures for hazardous materials.
- Experience & Skills : Require a bachelor’s degree or significant experience in warehouse management, proficiency in inventory software, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage physical labor in a fast-paced environment.
