This executive-level role is central to modernizing operations, leading digital and IT transformation initiatives, and shaping long-term strategic direction across a global footprint.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the firm’s transformation strategy, with a strong emphasis on digital and IT enablement to support scalable growth and operational efficiency.
- Lead the Program Management Office (PMO) and associated transformation resources, ensuring successful execution of enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Develop and govern KPIs in partnership with business units to promote performance transparency and accountability.
- Partner with global service delivery teams and senior leadership to drive process improvement and technology innovation across a matrixed organization.
- Support and help refine the long-term strategy for the firm’s Global Capability Center (GCC).
- Play a key role in the company’s strategic planning process, including governance, facilitation, and initiative prioritization.
- 15 years of progressive experience, including 10 years in a senior leadership role focused on transformation, operations, or strategic execution.
- Must have post-consulting experience, ideally in a comparable role within a professional or human capital services organization.
- Proven track record leading large-scale digital transformation and change initiatives in a complex, global, or matrixed environment.
- Deep expertise in program management, change management, and operational strategy.
- Strong executive presence and collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence across all levels of an organization.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) preferred.
