We are partnering with a private equity backed, multi-site facilities service organization looking to add a Controller who will oversee 2 entities. The Controller will lead the financial and administrative management of the growing business. This individual will own the entire Accounting and Finance function reporting to a Group Controller.

- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, treasury, insurance, payroll, audit, tax, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and maintain weekly and monthly financial reports, analyze trends against prior years and budgets, and conduct periodic reforecasting.
- Prepare key financial insights, operational KPIs, and finance-related content for monthly board presentations.
- Manage relationships with external financial partners, including advisors, benefits providers, and tax consultants.
- Optimize Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes to enhance cash flow and efficiency.
- Conduct profitability analyses to assess margins by job, customer, and sales channel, supporting strategic business decisions.
- Assist in the company’s annual strategic planning and budgeting processes.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in finance or accounting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or public accounting experience preferred but not required.
- Background in the construction industry, with experience in POC (Percentage of Completion) and WIP (Work in Progress) accounting.
- Strong technical expertise in GAAP compliance and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Advanced Excel skills required.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial insights clearly.
