- Assess, plan, direct, implement, and evaluate all Human Resources related programs.
- Maintain effective employee relations programs and education.
- Administer compensation and benefit programs.
- Design effective recruitment and retention programs and activities.
- Maintain associate personnel records.
- Mentor HR department associates, creating growth opportunities and professional development.
- Be onsite full-time.
- Report directly to the CEO.
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
