Enterprise Sales Executive

The CEO of a dynamic, well positioned, contractor management SaaS company experiencing unprecedented growth has asked hireneXus to help them build out their sales team. The key to this hire is experience and relationships. We are looking for an outside salesperson with experience selling to transportation / logistics companies with 1099 workers. Job Purpose :

Drive new business initiatives by introducing large organizations to the company's software solutions.

General Summary :

Your role will center on demonstrating how the platform simplifies compliance, drives operational efficiencies and streamlines IC engagement for companies that rely heavily on 1099 workforces. Ideal for a SaaS sales expert who thrives on building relationships and uncovering new opportunities, this position allows you to bring meaningful value to clients across key sectors.

Job Duties :

  • Build and manage relationships with enterprise clients, positioning the company's as a critical partner for their 1099 workforce management, compliance, insurance enablement and settlement processing needs.
  • Identify client needs, deliver customized product demos, and effectively communicate how our platform simplifies contractor management.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent quarterly results.
  • Stay current on compliance and regulatory frameworks to better serve enterprise clients’ needs.

Key Competencies and Skills :

  • 4 years of SaaS enterprise sales experience.
  • Experience selling to companies with 1099 contractor models, ideally in sectors like transportation or logistics.
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations is a plus.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Time-management skills and ability to pay attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office, expense software
  • Education and Other Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or three to five years’ prior experience in supporting a senior executive or team
  • Travel to prospects, association meetings, sales meetings, conferences is required based on conference schedules. It will require onsite work regularly at corporate headquarters when team meetings, events, and summits are taking place. This role supports our Openforcers “Work Without Limits” policy, so the day-to-day work will often be remote. Flexibility in this regard is of paramount importance.
  • This is a full time position that reports to the CRO.
