Job Purpose :
Drive new business initiatives by introducing large organizations to the company's software solutions.
General Summary :
Your role will center on demonstrating how the platform simplifies compliance, drives operational efficiencies and streamlines IC engagement for companies that rely heavily on 1099 workforces. Ideal for a SaaS sales expert who thrives on building relationships and uncovering new opportunities, this position allows you to bring meaningful value to clients across key sectors.
Job Duties :
- Build and manage relationships with enterprise clients, positioning the company's as a critical partner for their 1099 workforce management, compliance, insurance enablement and settlement processing needs.
- Identify client needs, deliver customized product demos, and effectively communicate how our platform simplifies contractor management.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent quarterly results.
- Stay current on compliance and regulatory frameworks to better serve enterprise clients’ needs.
